We can't wait to see your talented performers hit the stage and celebrate their commitment, hard work, and artistry. You can look forward to special surprises from the MTC team throughout the weekend, to remind you how much we appreciate your dedication and hard work in bringing your team to MTC!

When arriving at the Competition, please briefly check in at the MTC Registration / Merch Table so our team can welcome you and let us know your students are ready to compete! Please let us know how many Directors you will be bringing with your group as soon as possible!

Please join us this Saturday morning in the VIP Directors Lounge between 9:00 and 10:30 am. We'll have breakfast treats and some special goodie bags to help you stay nourished, energized, and celebrated throughout your day.

We have scheduled the Competition to end early Friday and Saturday so students can participate in the Callback Master Class, Competition, and Dance Down—Showdown. Students may register onsite at the Merchandise table through Friday at 2:00 pm.

Registered Students- please check in for the Callback Competition at 7:50 in the MTC Lobby, next to the MTC Merch Table.

Students should be prepared to wear all black on Sunday if they receive a Callback.

Students may register onsite at the MTC Merchandise Table through Friday at 2:00 pm. Please bring a headshot and resume to the check-in table. Headshot & Resume should be secured with a staple. Resume facing out on the back with the Headshot on the front. We will not accept entries after 2:00 pm Friday. Get them in early!

Please stay onstage after each performance. Each Act will receive limited live feedback from our judges after their performance.

The majority of Individual Overall Category, Individual, and Group Division Overall Awards will be presented at the Awards Ceremony directly following performances.

Please Note: Some Awards will be held over to future Awards Ceremonies in a different Session due to scheduling to ensure a category and division finish competing.

Categories and Divisions must have a minimum number of entries to be awarded in the Category and Division Overalls

Placement Awards: 

Diamond, Platinum, Gold, & Silver

Overall Category Award: 

Example: Teen - Debut - Jazz

Division Overall Award: 

Example: Mini - Debut - Vocal

• Group Placement Awards will be picked up after each Awards Ceremony on stage at the Awards Table.

Division Overall Award:

• Please pre-select 1-2 team captains to represent the group for Award Presentation.

We do not offer Group Category Overalls

At the directors' request, we have created an affordable bundle package for studios. For a flat fee of $45 per performer, studios receive comprehensive media coverage, including recordings and photographs of ALL GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCES and coverage of the Callback Competition. Full studio participation is required, with each performer contributing the $45 Media Fee. MTC Package Media files will be delivered via Dropbox within one week of the Competition. Individual Acts may be ordered in person for the fee of $45.00 for Digital Recording or Photos, or a bundle with recording and photos of one Act for $65.00. Individual order files will be delivered within 30 days of the Competition. 

The use of any recording devices, such as digital cameras, cell phones, and SLR cameras, is strictly prohibited in performance areas and dressing rooms during competitions. This policy is standard at competitions, ensures the privacy and security of participants, and protects the intellectual property of our choreographers and faculty. Professional photography and videography services are available at the event. Non-compliance with this policy will lead to point deductions and could result in disqualification. This policy is enforced rigorously and without exceptions.
